Well hello again! I have now made my "Price List" which will, for the time being, reside at the top of this page - right underneath the new welcome banned.

If, by some odd chance, you missed the Price List, I shall post it again for you.

If you have any questions, or if this is - in any way - unclear, please don't hesitate to ask questions. Payment will be due at the time the request is made - work WILL NOT begin on your item until I have recieved your payment. Also, if you feel that you would like to "donate" above and beyond what I regularly ask for my work, that is always accepted, too.

Just keep in mind that the Free Blinkie Service is NO MORE!

My deepest and sincerest apologies to those of you who will take this badly, or who will be upset.

My hope is that this change will be well recieved and looked upon kindly by those of you who use my services the most.

	QwayloodDr.님이 남긴 글: Eviction Date Today is the day we go to cort for our unlawfull eviction we are being evicted from out downtown apartment because i am disabled, 66 yo and have a service dog that helps me balance and compleats fundamentl tasks for me each day. and because we have to get assistance for the bills the land lord sed they are sick of use using the local and stat asisstance programs to pay the rent so they refused to take the assistance and asked us to leave within 3 days well i am not in a position that i can lift 5 lb let alone move out in 3 days they allso sed they wouldent give us our deposit back even if we moved out . so they sed we are going to cort and i sed ok then and then i contacted the ADA and HUD and reported them a lawyer contacted us about 3 days later and then started there investigation i just hope they make it so that this land lord cant do this to anyone els in my postion .
